If that’s you, get ready to do Veeamazing things.Job DescriptionLocation: Alpharetta, GA is preferred however, open to remote candidates with the proper experience/skill set.Americas Sales Operations are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support Veeam’s growing Americas sales organization through high impact operational execution, process innovation, GTM strategy support, and strong stakeholder partnerships.This role will report to Vice President, Americas Sales Operations and this role is part of the Americas Sales Group.Primary ResponsibilitiesBe a trusted Operational Business Partner to Sales Segment LeadershipOperationalize new processes, tools, and key initiatives that drive sales productivity and support the overall Americas GTM strategyOrchestrate the Annual Planning Process for your supported Sales Segments, which encompasses go-to-market strategy, resource planning, and sales territory and quota assignmentDrive complex projects from identification, execution, through to completion; define, track and manage project expectations and metricsUtilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to prove/disprove business improvement hypotheses and drive decisionsMarshal a consistent forecast cadence with Sales Segment Leadership and ManagementTrack and provide insight around KPIs that impact sales performance and the overall Veeam customer experiencePartner with Sales Segment Leadership to prepare and participate in QBRs, Summits, All HandsBe the subject matter expert for your supported Sales Segments for SalesForce.Com and all sales related tools and dashboardsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration)Preference for candidates who have 3-5 year sales/business/revenue operations experience at a technology companyFluent English, additional languages is a plus but not requiredEffective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Advanced skills in MS Excel and SalesForce.ComMS Access advance skills is a strong plusExpertise using BI applications (e.G., Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense)Understanding Sales Cycle and Sales Processes in software businessAdditional Skills A builder mindset and is excited by the idea of creating something from nothingA love for storytelling – utilizing data and influence to tell a story that drives actionOrganized, responsive, and relentless with follow-upsDemonstrated leadership in managing major cross-functional projectsAbility to solve complex problems through data analysis and analytical reasoningAbility to lead and influence projects and teams without direct authorityAdditional InformationVeeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
