for a 4-6 month assignment.

Position Summary:
The Tax Compliance Lead (TCL) will primarily support the daily routines of our global Tax and Controllership
structure including: accurately prepare and file all tax documents for USA region in accordance with GAAP and
SOX, manage external audits, supply Master Accounting team to ensure correct data for reporting, ensure invoices
are built correctly and that all sales and use taxes are reconciled. Reporting to a Tax Director, the TCL must be
process oriented and able to work cross functionally with Finance and IT teams to improve, integrate, and
implement systems.
Job Description:
· Accurately prepares and files all Sales and Use tax documents in accordance to US GAAP and SOX
compliance.
· Maintains tax calendar for all filing responsibilities to ensure timely filing.
· Preparation and maintenance of annual tax calendar to assure compliance with filing requirements for US
as well as the Latin-American region.
· Research of GAAP matters relating to tax accounting and disclosure.
· Research tax regulatory and compliance rules.
· Serve as lead resource for implementation of new tax accounting policies as well as a PMO for any
required system implementation or integration with internal and external IT team.
· Responds to federal and states tax correspondence.
· Provides tax accounting consultation to business units as necessary.
· Develops and maintains audit trail and data reporting integrity for all tax needs.
· Participates in development and implementation of tax strategy.
· Prepares current and deferred tax analyses for the year-end tax provision.
· Reconciles sales and property tax accounts.
· Assists with resolution of income tax audits.
· Recommends alternative tax treatments to alleviate or reduce tax burden.
· Coordinates implementation of tax accounting systems and control procedures.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
