SENIOR SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

Talend is growing quickly, and so are our global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams!

We are seeking an energetic experienced communications professional for a key new role to build out and execute Talend’s sales communications program as well as ensure sales can easily access and use all of Talend’s content assets.

If you love content and have experience in content creation, content marketing, sales communications, journalism, and/or internal/corporate/PR communications, this is the perfect role for you!

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

·Building the quarterly/annual Talend sales communication plan including determining the media mix e.g.

newsletter, Slack channels, Intranet, CMS, Town Halls, customer win wires, etc.

etc.

·Crafting a variety of short and long-form sales communications including newsletters, asset intro copy, videos, talking points, presentations, and more

·Exploring and championing emerging sales communications technology (such as new forms of video, AI, VR/AR) that helps us scale sales best practices and wins

·Leading the roll-out and operationalization of a new sales enablement CMS tool including championing the full value of the tool to maximize ROI and full adoption and being the lead expert on tracking and sharing CMS metrics partnering with operations

·Enabling your teammates in Sales Enablement to quickly find supporting content assets to incorporate within training and making content recommendations to Sales and Marketing to support Prospecting and other sales activities

·Building out and maintaining a dynamic roster of internal sales presenters on key subjects

·Partnering with Revenue Operations and Marketing to develop best practice surveys and other short-term or real-time assessments of training effectiveness

·Having a global mindset and championing global practices as Talend has significant presence in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC

We’re excited about you because you have:

·5+ years experience in sales enablement and/or marketing in the areas of communications and/or content creation in a variety of media and forms

·Bachelor’s degree+ in marketing, sales, communications or journalism

·Experience effectively interacting at all levels of the company including executives

·Proven ability to write short and long-form content and create presentations effectively; seasoned user of PowerPoint; design experience a plus

·Solid experience building quarterly/annual communications programs around business objectives/strategic themes

·Ability to manage a complex project with multiple stakeholders on-time and on-budget; some experience managing vendors/agencies

·Experience leading or enabling a leader on the roll-out of large-scale company initiatives

·Expertise with CMS sales enablement tools such as Highspot or Seismic a plus

·Knowledge of analytics and use of dashboards to track success of initiatives

·High-energy and innate curiosity about the world, business, and Talend – a bit of a “journalist” at heart
