nn nn ABOUT THE ROLE nn nn The Pediatric Client Director will champion the firm’s client driven strategy and purpose statement, including determining strategic business direction to best meet clients’ evolving needs.

nn nn WHAT YOU WILL DO nn nnBe creative, forward thinking and identify trends data in order to position as a thought leader.nn nnOrchestrate and ensure the development of relationships at multiple levels between our team and key people within the client organization, including client’s executive team, trustees, and/or board members.nn nnSeek opportunities for the client to introduce or make introductions to other clients the firm might partner with.nn nnLead and collaborate with the team to obtain successful results including the quality of work, business development and top line targets, staff development, and profit goals.nn nnEmpower staff and delegate effectively, building high-performing teams, by encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.nn nnExercise decision-making authority related to potential client issues including team performance, solutions, and conflict resolution.

Escalate unresolved issues as needed.nn nnEncourage collaboration and integration, ensure that quality checkpoints are achieved, and provide approval of team milestone completions.nn nnProvide leadership of Client Partnership Program to ensure we are obtaining objective feedback early and often.

Act on feedback promptly and appropriately.nn nnLead internal planning activities that increase the team’s knowledge relative to the client, establish a network of relationships with clients, and proactively position new solutions based on client needs.nn nnMaintain regular, proactive communication with client regardless of status of current work.nn nnImplement commercial and risk management strategies and practices consistent with firm policies, in collaboration with the Legal Department, the appropriate Executive Director(s), the Business Leaders and the Business Office.nn nnCapture information regarding the strategic performance of our work, and key outcomes.nn nnOwn the pediatric client relationship.nn nnPublish articles and blog posts and seek out opportunities to speak at conferences to highlight best practices and offer a fresh perspective.nn nnProactively seek out new pediatric business opportunities with clients while engaged on project assignments.

Identify ways to expand firm’s involvement and help create new opportunities for the client and thenn nnAccountable, as part of the pediatric team, to securing a specific net signed fee amount annually. nn nnOther responsibilities as needed.nn nn ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONSnn Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering required.  15+ years of experience working on health projects of which 10 years of experience focused on Pediatrics.

Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.

Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.

Well networked with Health and Pediatric Clients.

50% travel internally, to clients, and for external.
