THE TEAM – Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts within Dynamics/Business Central.

Tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments.

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of projects including Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM, and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
Perform in a leadership role and help shape the strategic direction of the Dynamics practice.
Responsible for driving business development, both by expanding and growing existing accounts and pursuing new client opportunities for the firm, including deal shaping, discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
Architect, design and develop full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks.
Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a BC solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV’s or ‘best of breed’ solutions.
Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach around architectural best practices and customization standards for the Dynamics practice.
Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders and customers at senior executive levels.
Review team progress to ensure compliance with work program and professional standards.
Mentor and develop team members.
Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.
Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years direct Microsoft Dynamics implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience with one or more of the following: Accounting & Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Production Control (Process), Manufacturing, Warehouse, Master Planning or Transportation Management.
Background with Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM/365, Dynamics AX or Dynamics F&O.
Experience with Agile software development and associated lifecycle artifacts.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
Experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM and/or Power Platform.
8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
Experience with multiple, full life-cycle implementations.
Experience training and supporting end users.
Hands on experience with the following: Procure to pay (Procurement, Accounts Payable), Quote to Cash (Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition), Inventory, Fixed Assets, General ledger, Professional Services, Contract Management, Cash Disbursements / Cash Receipts.
Strong track record of meeting business development targets and developing thought leadership materials.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.
Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.
Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications.
Experience implementing Dynamics Field Services application.
Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
