Manager Sales Compensation Manager, Sales Compensation will lead the activities of the Sales Compensation team within our People Solutions Organization.  You will manage the design, development, administration and oversight of sales compensation plans and be accountable for all aspects of sales commissions.  To be successful in the role he/she should be excited about making his/her mark on an organization, be a go-getter, have an eye for detail, and a desire to implement processes and policies.  The candidate should be highly consultative and have a strong desire to learn.  What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Drive best practices for incentive compensation plan design, implementation, communication and administration; ensuring sales incentive compensation plans alignment with business strategy, organizational goals, risk controls, and governance  Administer all incentive compensation plans for your assigned client groups, ensuring accurate calculation and administration of monthly, quarterly and annual incentive compensation payments and support special sales contest and other ad-hoc requests as needed Develop and maintain all aspects of sales compensation database via data integration from various sources Be an integral part of the end to end process of the Annual Review of all sales plans, components documents, governance review and communications in partnership with key stakeholders Act as a strategic partner and SME on all sales compensation matters, demonstrating expertise in incentive compensation plan design, agreements, processes, data sources and industry practices Ensure appropriate application of internal controls, including participation in annual risk review of sales incentive and other compensation plans Partner with recruiters to model and develop competitive offer packages for internal and external hires Respond to inquiries regarding plans and policy from Human Resource Partners and Manager, as well as Hiring Managers and Recruiting colleagues.  Identify any training and communication gaps that exist between team and field Prepare various compensation metrics and tools to support and manage sales compensation review and approval process Contribute to the establishment of guidelines and procedures for various compensation-related processes Experience managing a team and providing timely and constructive feedback What are the requirements needed for this position? 8 years of progressive compensation experience focusing on sales incentive plan design and administration 2 years managing a team Bachelor’s Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate through ambiguity, organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion Demonstrated experience designing, developing, analyzing and implementing a variety of compensation plans and structure Proven deep understanding of sales compensation and broad-based total compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Workday experience preferred, but not required Strong business acumen, data and analytical skills Adeptness in critical/conceptual thinking skills, combined with the ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing details Experience in manual environment  What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General office demands  How much should I expect to travel?
