Lead Business Development Manager As the Lead Business Development Manager in this role you will be responsible for 80% production and 20% team lead responsibilities.

You will acquire some clients, as well as develop your own portfolio of clients in the South East.

As a team lead you will mentor and coach Jr.

Sales folks coming in on their day to day progression.

This role has an opportunity to grow into management.

You will account manage house accounts as well as develop your own book of business.

sales folks * Ensure documentation in our ATS * Utilize sales reporting tools to increase effectiveness of Jr.

Account Managers * You will partake in interviewing and training new account managers Qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree in business administration, management, or other related field* 3+ years over all staffing/recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of technical industry experience* Territory development for your own portfolio of business * A proven track record of success * Technology proficient in G-Suite technologies, CRM?s, ATS?s, and ability to learn and pick up new technical tools easily * Strong problem solving skills* Must have an executor mentality* Ability to work independently and highly self motivated* Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments Benefits: * Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and bonus * 100% remote * Ongoing training and development and career growth * Full Benefits; including comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) retirement savings plan and vacation pay ?Non Negotiables: * IT staffing and recruitment experience* Must live in Southeastern region of United States* Must be resourceful, driven, and self motivated
