Everly: Georgia Regional Account Manager

Everly makes natural drink mixes to help people drink more water.

Our mixes are sugar free, zero calorie, and for every box of Everly sold, we provide a packet of life-saving rehydration sales to treat children sick with waterborne disease.We are a fast growing company with a big mission: to hydrate the world.

We launched in 2013 via a Kickstarter campaign and are now sold in stores like Whole Foods, Publix, Target, and Kroger.We are a young, hungry team that values hard work, loves adventure, and is constantly helping each other learn.

We are seeking a motivated, independent, and engaging candidate to serve as our Georgia Regional Account Manager.

The job is demanding, full of growth opportunities, and energizing.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit current retail locations in the greater Atlanta area (Whole Foods, Publix, Target) to strengthen/maintain relationships, ensure proper merchandising, and negotiate off-shelf placementsCreate and develop relationships with local influencers (dieticians, yoga instructors, etc), work spaces, boutique gyms, and the like, ultimately leading to increased brand visibilityOrganize and perform in-store demos (4-6 per week, mainly weekends, 3 hours per demo)Research, coordinate and host marketing events relevant to the brand and to the region, partnering with likeminded companiesIdentify and implement additional initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and retail sales in AtlantaCommunicate success stories, key learning’s and other activities to CEOHydrate the worldRequirementsEmbody the Everly ethos of health, wellness, and making the world a better placeEnergized by meeting new people and sharing the brand messageEnergetic, outgoing, positive attitudePassion for a healthy, active lifestyleOrganized, punctual, and highly adaptableStrong selling and motivational skillsAbility to effectively engage with a wide variety of people (including consumers, retail staff, business owners and community leaders)Willing and able to travel by automobile a large portion of the timeAbility to work evenings and weekendsAbility to operate with a high level of autonomy while maintaining consistent communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer and smartphone literateBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experienceSome sales experience is preferredGood driving record, valid driver’s licenseCompensationAnnual base salary + performance-based incentivesFuel reimbursementVehicle maintenance allowanceCellphone allowanceHealthcare and dental insurancePaid vacationTime Allocation, Location, Reporting, and Timing: This role is:35% field sales focused35% demos20% local influencer relationships10% field marketing and event managementCandidate should reside in and be familiar with the Atlanta areaCandidate reports to the CEO remotelyCandidate would start as soon as possibleJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 per yearExperience:Field Sales and Marketing: 1 year (Required)Location:Atlanta, GA (Required)License:Driver’s License (Required)
