Digital Campaign Manager


This is a Contract position in Duluth, GA posted June 18, 2021.

The Digital Campaign Manager works as part of the MarTech Center of Excellence to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue by developing and cultivating campaigns that produce long-term customer relationships.  This role is responsible for contributing to the strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and more. The focus will be on data-driven tactics as part of multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing, therefore analytics and development of KPI’s will be central to the success of this role.Working closely with an agile group of campain and content leads, you will collaborate on the multi-touch nurture campaigns and create integrated campaign strategies which inspire and require action. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize metrics-driven marketing campaigns across online channels, including events, email, webinars, digital ads, and SEM
  • Manage re-targeting efforts and implement nurturing and follow up campaigns to ensure optimal conversions from lead to opportunity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact
  • Lead nurturing, including all outbound and inbound leads using marketing automation tools
  • Accurately report and present the success of marketing campaigns, reflecting marketing pipeline contribution, ROI and specific program objectives
  • Optimize landing pages and emails through A/B testing to drive marketing qualified leads
  • Contribute to the development of customer personas, targeting and segmentation, client journeys, pain points, trends, research and other data to create impactful and unique campaigns
  • Continually innovate methods to reach our desired target audience with compelling offers and tactics through new communities, media placements, and partnerships
  • Maintain an informed and insightful point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issue an informed and insightful point of view of best practices and solutions across functions
  • Work with others on programs and projects designed to maintain and evolve our channels including, but not limited to, channel strategy, implementation of new channels or new tactics, development of roadmaps, and channel governance.
  • Monitor marketing and campaign best practices; communicate implications for campaigns and channel efforts
  • Understand our marketing technology stack and how each piece interacts to make efficient and sound campaign decisions


  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation capacity, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience within B2B environment including managing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, display and mobile advertising campaigns that are proven to raise awareness and drive lead generation
  • Proven experience using web analytics tools and conversion tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
  • Strong background in working with an enterprise-level CRM and Marketing Automation platform such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sitecore or similar.
  • Analytical focus, with experience in tracking marketing campaigns, and pulling actionable insights from data
  • Creative thinker and implementer, always looking at new ideas for campaigns and thought leadership content
  • Strong ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically about the future opportunities for GHD
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including communication to a range of audiences, and ability to articulate campaign objectives and drive consensus, understanding and campaign success
  • Obsession with leveraging analytics to optimize overall campaign and channel performance to accelerate lead to revenue conversions.
  • Successful experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with team members across different regions and focus areas
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and deal well with ambiguity
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines
  • Experience and understanding of ensuring that marketing and communications activity aligns with and enhances the GHD brand strategy
