Advocacy Project Manager – Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead small, medium and large projects to achieve key business objectives

Work in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams, coordinating projects across functional areas.

Participate in the development of business strategy for Provider Communications & Advocacy Team, assists Advocacy manager in implementing new projects defined in yearly business goals

Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

Translate complex concepts and provider feedback in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

Have segment-wide impact

Provide subject matter expertise in areas including healthcare trends, meeting planning, project management, project scope definition, risk identification, resource allocation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background

Manages relationships with internal staff to identify content experts, subject matter experts, presenters in functional areas where practice feedback is needed

Ensures advocacy projects are completed on time and in scope

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience

2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Healthcare or Health Sciences, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and work experience

PMP certification

Strong communication and presentation skills to external audiences

Healthcare or Clinical care industry experience

Experience with Executive Level Feedback Reporting

Ability to pivot on multiple priorities

Experience with Medical Societies and Associations

Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
