Serving as an extension of our customer’s operating teams, we re-evaluate capital allocation strategy through technology and data analytics, allowing our customers to have control of their insurance benefit programs and HR infrastructure costs.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing Atlanta, GA team to build andmaintain exceptional client relationships.Essential FunctionsDuties below include, but are not limited to:1) Provide superior customer service by building and maintaining client relationships and meetingspecified client retention goals.2) Coordinate and direct assigned client activities within client services team.3) Demonstrate strong understanding of the clients’ business and strategic priorities.4) Develop and execute the renewal and/or marketing strategy in accordance with client instructions.5) Manage new client implementation process.6) Execute solid analysis, delivering creative and practical solutions for clients.7) Lead and coordinate the evaluation of marketing results, develop and present recommendations toclient.8) Serve as client’s valued advisor, building a strategic, and personal relationship with key clientdecision makers.9) Negotiate renewal action with carriers based on client needs including budget and rate development.10) Educate clients on applicable legislation and market trends.11) Closely monitor clients; provide innovative industry solutions in line with clients’ business needs andgoals.12) Participate in RFP process and finalist presentations.13) Identify and propose additional services to existing clients.14) Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.2OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESAs assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION OR EXPERIENCEEducation:Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.Experience:-Seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience managing multiple clients of increasing complexity in the self-insurance industry.-Technical knowledge relative to industry and incorporating contract provisions,renewal and claims processing, plan knowledge, underwriting and carrier funding.-Expertise in managing clients with alternative funding arrangements.

Proficient use of applicable technology – MS Office and practice management software.-Expert knowledge of state and federal legislation.Licensure or Certification:-Familiarity or certification with the Health Rosetta process preferred.-Must maintain current required medical insurance licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise.SPECIAL SKILLS/EQUIPMENTAdvanced knowledge of full and self-insured industry.

Expertise in managing clients with alternative funding arrangements.PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS/WORKING ENVIRONMENTPHYSICALSitting: 80%Standing/Walking/Demonstrating: 20%Lifting: Depends on Position – will use proactive safety measures.Vision: Computer, phone, client interactionMENTALGoal oriented, fast-paced, with a focus on service excellence.
