The Dry Eye Sales Representative will drive sales of TearCare device and usage of device, along with associated disposables within assigned geography.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive sales of TearCare device and usage of device, along with associated disposables.Create sales focused business plans for the assigned Territory and execute these plans.Implement marketing plans, promotions and programs.Manage the entire selling process.Provide in-office product demonstrations and training.Identify and maintain relationships with key accounts and potential customers.Support patient access through effective education and training of reimbursement.Conduct business level and practice development conversations with ECPs and office administrators.Proactively communicate with and identify prospects.Attend conferences and support commercial team.Continuously stay up to date on new dry eye technologies and trends.Maintain regulatory compliance across all commercial partners (Direct Sales representatives, Independent Sales representatives, Distributors, etc.) through regular training and coaching.Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures that comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and any other applicable domestic or international requirements.Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, vendors, and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly relatedexperience.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum five years experience in the Optometry and Ophthalmology space.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Strong clinical selling skillsBusiness acumen with patient access and reimbursementCustomer Advisory expertise Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
