Residential Warranty Services is looking for Outside Sales Account Managers to join our team of Warranty educators!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer service connection with real estate agents, developing long-term relationships, and connecting with key players in the real estate industry.You are a great candidate for this role if you possess the following:Have firsthand experience in customer service or experience working with remote sales teams.A minimum of 24 months of sales experience.You are industrious, have a strong work ethic, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting client relationships.You can interact with key players and dynamically create and deliver presentations.Understand our core business operations and effectively communicate our unique capabilities and the full value we provide to your accounts.Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with Excel and Microsoft products preferred but not required.You must have a valid driver’s license.Why should I choose RWS?We provide comprehensive training and all of the sales tools to be effective.Highly competitive compensation program with uncapped commission potential – average earnings of $50,000 to $80,000 in the first year, with base pay plus commissions.Opportunities for advancement and career growth – including paths into management-level roles.Fun work environment with supportive team members.The best product in the industry.This role functions in the following way:Documenting client communication and recording accurate measurements of sales activity in our proprietary CRM.Personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly goal setting.Taking sales orders, and assisting with agent and client questions about ordering warranties.Following up with clients after the warranty is purchased to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects.Prospecting and developing new sales leads.Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques.We look forward to partnering with you and helping you flourish in this exciting role of an independent contractor.About Residential Warranty Services:Residential Warranty Services, Inc.
