Residential Contracting Salesperson & Estimator

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted June 17, 2021.

Required work experience:
Five years sales and construction estimating experience Existing book of business with no restrictions for use from previous employers Indepth knowledge of paint industry and construction management Experience selling in residential and commercial sectors College degree (concentration in construction management preferred) Computer literacy (especially MS Office Suite) Understanding of CRM tools (Dynamics preferred)
Seeking an industry sales person who can embody the company’s core values: by providing excellence in Relationships, and displaying Competency and Character in all aspects of their job performance.

This person’s ultimate duty is to ensure the customer is elated with the work enough to provide referrals.

The ideal candidate is a reliable and dependable self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.

They possess a stringent attention to detail and are highly organized.

They believe in listening more than speaking and take a creative approach to problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

The salesperson selected will have a solid sense of accountability and the mentality of a small business owner, or “Mini CEO” taking ownership of all aspects of “their business”.

Principal Responsibilities:
1.

Growing and filling a sales pipeline to residential customers.
2.

Build relationships with industry professionals to leverage business growth.
3.

Build referrals business through excellence in customer service.
4.

Drive sales and meet established sales targets.
5.

Responsible for selling and estimating labor, material, trade contractors, and vendors.
6.

Present final proposals to clients and communicate closed sales with production managers.
7.

Ensure sales process is professional, customer focused and profitable.
8.

Guide clients through the sales process and advocates for the client after the sale.
9.

Maintain involvement and communication with the sales manager, clients, and production to ensure a successful selling process.
10.

Assist with communication and processing of all change orders, and oversees account payments and collection efforts as necessary.
11.

Maximize the results of company implemented marketing campaigns through close coordination of sales efforts with Sales Manager and Marketing Team.
12.

Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all company sales activities via CRM.
13.

Communicate effectively across all internal and external channels.

Preferably Bilingual (English & Spanish)
14.

Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance, work habits, teamwork, communication, and personal integrity.
15.

Ability to be clear and succinct in both action and communication.

Dedicated attention to detail, this person doesn’t need to be followed up on.

They complete the task the first time without having to revisit it again.
