National Sales Executive

*Remote Role (Northeast/Southeast regions)

Sales Hunters, this is for you. National Sales Executives are responsible for generating market growth in a defined multi-state territory to national clients. Stong hunter and prospecting skills are required. Experience in presenting to C-suite/Executive-level contacts. This position is 100% new business contracted national sales. Good compensation, commission, and benefits. Salesforce and HubSpot experience are preferable.

What do our National Sales Executives do?


The National Sales Executives (NSE) are responsible for generating market growth in a defined multi-state territory to national clients in a range of industries including quick-service and fast-casual restaurants, full-service and contract dining, and grocery and convenience stores. They have extensive sales experience, including hunting and prospecting of national accounts, boardroom presence, strong business acumen and deal making, and are driven to succeed. This position is 100% new business contracted sales.


  • Deliver targeted sales results within designated territory
  • Work with marketing centralized services for lead generation
  • Canvass the market for additional prospective clients
  • Contact prospects, via social media including Linked In, utilize telephone, text, and email to schedule appointments
  • Conduct C-level meetings to promote Steritech and our services
  • Utilize CRM/Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and account prospect details
  • Design, price, and generate proposals for new service programs
  • Maintain involvement in targeted associations: Attend trade shows/summits including (Achieve assigned sales quota by self-generating leads, pursuing assigned leads, and attending industry trade shows/conferences to accumulate leads to initiate new business opportunities)


What do you need?

  • Bachelor?s degree
  • Five or more years of proven sales track record with larger, complex accounts with multiple locations; ideally experience selling services vs. products (5 plus years of consistent success with hunting, closing and managing complex lines of business and implementing growth strategies at a multi-location/national level)
  • National level sales experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of sales process and demonstrated application to close new business by using Strategic/Consultative Selling training, e.g. Miller Heiman a plus but not required
  • Salesforce CRM experience or other customer relationship management system (CRM) (Comfortable with the use of CRM platforms to track and report progress on sales opportunities.)
  • Strong negotiation skills; high level of leadership influence
  • Board-room level presence and communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent prospecting and networking skills
  • Experience in the services industry is preferred, experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Desire and ability to travel 50%
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
  • Valid Driver?s License/Clean Driving Record
