Head of Sales Full-Time Salaried Exempt Position ***DIRECT CHEERLEADING INDUSTRY EXPERTISE IN THE SCHOLASTIC & ALL STAR MARKETS IS REQUIRED!!!

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing ALL Sales Teams’ Operations and Strategy.

Sales channels include: Domestic and International Distributors, Direct Sales, E-Commerce Marketplaces & Amazon, International and Domestic Distributors and Retailers, Brand Relationship Management, Retail Pop-Up Stores, and Cheerleading Competitions hosted by our Brand
– all in the Women’s Team Sports, Scholastic and All Star Cheerleading Markets.

By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies across these channels, as well as Supervise and Lead all Team Managers and Sales Directors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Supervise and Lead all Team Managers and Sales Directors * Develop and implement sales strategies with our Sales and Brand Teams * Prepare operational and financial sales department reports * Oversee the management, training, ongoing learning, and career development of the sales teams * Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability * Identifying and requesting marketing materials from the Marketing department prior to scheduled events * Responsible for overseeing the project management of Pop-Up Stores and Nfinity Cheerleading Events * Travel, evening and weekend work will be required Qualifications: * Direct Cheerleading Industry Expertise in Scholastic and All Star is REQUIRED * Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED * 5+ years of Sales Director leadership experience managing teams is REQUIRED * 7+ years of sales experience is REQUIRED, with working knowledge of the athletic sales industry highly preferred * Strong leadership skills including Multi-Team and Multi-Channel Management * Must be proficient with Excel, Word & Power Point * Must have a high energy level and professional appearance Compensation: Base + Commission Role Highly Competitive Pay & Generous PTO!
