Expert Service Sales Specialist (REMOTE)

Common Thread Collective

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted June 19, 2021.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

IDENTIFY | As the Expert Service Sales Specialist, you’ve sold creative before, you are proficient in the creative process and what it means to offer creative services successfully to clients.

As a result, you have the keen ability to identify potential clients who would benefit from investing in Common Thread Collective’s creative services and packages.

ENGAGE | You care about the client and the services they need.

You are able to articulate elements of the creative process, bringing it to life in a way potential clients can connect with, and in turn propel our services in a way they are able to see the value add of working with CTC.

You are able to engage with potential clients and effectively present CTC’s creative solution offerings and to ultimately build rapport and trust during the process.

CLOSE | You not only care about the client and the experience they have, but also about your targets and closing with care and confidence.

You’ve negotiated deals, have handled the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and are relentless in finding a way to get the deal done to reach sales targets.

All the while maintaining integrity, humility, and trust.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like
Consistent attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Prepare creative sales presentations effectively through virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.

Ability to successfully negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Develop target clients list and establish relationships with the C-suite, VP and Director levels at said targets.

Creation of strong relationships with clients.

Engage in new client relationships by developing target clients at the C-suite, VP and Director level at mid-market companies.

Manage inbound sales qualified leads pipeline focusing on increasing conversion rate of those said leads.

Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline driven by outbound prospecting activity.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
At least 1 years of quota carrying sales experience.

Marketing agency experience, preferred.

Experience managing the sales cycle across Hubspot or other CRM systems.

Successful track record of consistently hitting sales quotas.

Understanding and experience in digital advertising, preferred (you know the terminology, process and pricing like the back of your hand).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated and drive to exceed sales targets.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify personalized creative packages for potential clients.
