· Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales environment selling B2B SaaS solutions or in the recruiting industry
· Heavy Lead Generation: source new sales opportunities through campaigns and outbound cold calls (50+/day), emails, and LinkedIn messages
· Route qualified prospects to appropriate Account Executive to manage the prospect pipeline for additional activity
· Ability to effectively demonstrate the features and translate the benefits of the ENGAGE platform to prospects via telephone calls and on-line meeting tools
· Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools, such as Salesloft
· Previous experience selling recruiting or HR technologies is a huge plus BENEFITS
