Position Overview: This position requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record of developing significant new business opportunities.

This business development professional will develop new relationships, build on existing ones and expand our business exponentially.

This position will require a solid command of all business management functions and should have at least 7+ years in relationship building, presenting to C-level executives, selling/closing, and deal negotiations.

In addition, this position requires an individual with experience selling marketing services.

This professional will be a motivated self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they can have an individual impact on meeting team goals and consistently demonstrate a strong sense of professional integrity and accountability.

S(he) will be a “hunter” and have a passion for marketing.

High energy, and a collaborative nature, in addition to the ability to generate a strong, memorable first impression are critical to success in this industry.

Key Responsibilities: * New Business Development
– Engage and strategize with mid to senior level executives at manufacturers to demonstrate how FLETCH can provide measurement solutions for Trade and Media promotions* Relationship Management
– Develop and cultivate deep relationships with all levels at the client with key decision makers (Head of Account Sales, Trade Promotion Managers, and Category Management)* Hit target revenue goals* Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries* Proactively provide client research and industry specific information Skills and Attributes: * Demonstrated expertise in the ability to acquire revenue for the agency* Demonstrated experience working in a complex sales environment* 4 year college degree (preferred)* 7+ years in developing new business & building strategic direction both personally and through a team* Previous large experiential marketing agency sales experience required* Ability to exude/gain confidence & trust with clients and internal staff; experience and comfort in client entertaining and interaction; strong presentation skills* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities* Analysis & problem solving skills* Strong written and oral communication skills* Goal-oriented, over-achiever, assertive, “driver” personality & approach* Team player* Creativity Job Type: Contract Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) Education: * Bachelor’s (Required)
