What does a great VP Product Management/Strategic Alliances do?

As the VP Product Management/Strategic Alliances, you will define, build, and evolve a comprehensive and cohesive strategy to create a world-class technology alliance program.

Success is executing and expanding our integrated technology ecosystem with our technology partners to deliver differentiated value and the total solution to our customers and partners.

The goal of these partnerships is to ensure an effective technical and business collaboration to accelerate Fiserv sales and simplify customer adoption of Fiserv products and services.

The strategic management of Fiserv integrated technology ecosystem is vital to our overall growth strategy.

As a VP Product Management/Strategic Alliances, you can look forward to:

You will be a member of the DNA leadership team with a full view of our technology and performance with the partners relative to our competitors to drive strategic alignment at the Fiserv enterprise partner strategy.
Own all aspects of the technology alliance program from, but not limited to program design, drive the comprehensive program, expand the business towards the three-year vision, hiring, creating selection process and criteria, partners selection, optimizing the management of our technology partner ecosystem, and tiering partners Drive Enterprise-wide leadership mindset: decisions & influence while balancing team success and across business portfolio decisions to grow the core and accelerate cloud Work closely with teams to select and define and drive a strategy for our DNA system; both internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of product management or leadership experience.

Master’s degree a plus
Proven success running a strategic technology alliance program with well-established relationships with partner executives Prior experience in business operations, project management, product analytics, or product design P&L knowledge
Key Attributes
An agile, strategic, and flexible/creative thinker ‘ with a strong understanding of business and commercial business models and transactions; conversant in key business and financial metrics.

Demonstrated success in collaborating and providing cross-functional leadership and build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partner field teams; engineering, marketing, channels, sales, and professional services/support plans to maximize growth Able to think critically about key business drivers and risk factors with demonstrated ability to develop practical solutions to achieve business objectives within acceptable risk parameters Executive presence: confidence in making executive-level presentations, navigating complex and complicated situations to positively influence multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
BA or BS a plus, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Economics.

Management consulting is a plus Experience creating, measuring and/or owning customer success programs in a larger corporate environment
Travel: up to 30%
