We are seeking a SUE Crew Leader that will work our Atlanta, GA location.Responsibilities:
· Requires some travel out of town and attend meetings as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
· Promptly investigate, report, and take any immediately required attention to mitigate any client’s complaints and/or damage claims arising in your area of responsibility
· Promptly communicate with SUE Field Technician, Project Managers, and SUE Management when unusual circumstances, special cases or error warrant their attention to complete a project
· Assist crews with daily/weekly project assignments; be a liaison between departments and coordinate assignments with construction and design teams.
· Assist with utility company relations in order to obtain all necessary technical, administrative or record information needed to designate, locate, survey, process and deliver completed projects to construction and design team.
· Training of SUE Field Technicians (Designating, Surveying and Locating)
· Field Supervision of SUE Crew Field Technician
· Overall responsibility for the quality, accuracy and completeness of all data obtained/recorded by SUE crew
· Direct responsibilities for the ” Organizational Level” maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment
· Timely documentation and communications to the SUE Phase Manager
· Timely documentation and communications to SUE Project Manager (Supervisor).
· Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.
· Ability to complete quality control review for SUE field designating work.
· Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.
· Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with staff and general public

· Working knowledge or familiarity with Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (TBC).
· Solid ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
· Solid ability to work in a team environment along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Solid ability to be results-oriented, taking initiative to make things happen, accept accountability and have a can do attitude.Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
· Experience Minimum of two (5) years in the SUE and Geospatial utility industry.
