Pricing Analyst


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted June 18, 2021.

Job Summary

The Pricing Analyst will work with the Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Account Management and Sales teams to help determine pricing through analyzing cost of goods, competitor pricing and willingness to pay and comparing outcomes of different pricing strategies under consideration.

This role includes analyzing pricing data, developing forecasts and models, monitoring industry trends, developing pricing tools, and presenting findings to decision makers.


Assess data from a variety of sources to assist with insights into pricing strategies and marketing trends.

Prepare reports showing potential impact of various pricing strategies.

Work with Product, Sales, Account Management and Marketing to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Identify solid pricing structures and sales funnels.

Develop pricing tools and plans to keep up with evolving market needs.

Prepare and present trends and strategies to various levels of the organization, including C-Suite.

Review strategic quotes and provide guidance and recommendations on bids Assess elasticity of pricing by segment by portfolio element Analyze and make recommendations around annual price increases Support the analysis of pricing strategy for new solutions and business segments


Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of pricing analyst experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ and quote-to-cash process Ability to problem solve and formulate solutions Strong collaborator in working with various departments Experience with analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue.

Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with successfully presenting to management and leadership teams.
