Adecco is looking for a Porter/Sanitation Worker for a premier client in the Atlanta, GA area. Do you have prior experience working in a warehouse setting and strive to do the best job you can? The Porter is responsible for sanitation of common areas of the plant and general upkeep of the grounds. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing the break room, locker rooms, hallway/lobby, restrooms, hand wash sinks, exterior of the facility and dry warehouse, office areas, etc.
  • Sorts waste accordingly to sustainability best practices.
  • Maintains inventory of cleaning and production supplies to minimize costs.
  • Mopping, polishing, dusting and sweeping designated areas within the plant.
  • Empty trash cans, clean trash cans, and reline trash cans as needed around the plant facility.
  • Replenishes PPE Supplies throughout the plant
  • Responsible for general year-round yard work and maintenance including mowing, weeding, salting, and shoveling.
  • Maintains accurate and comprehensive Company records (KLEANZ) & reports as required.
  • Performs break relief for bag or debag positions when necessary.
  • Completes sanitation area inspections.
  • Complete sanitation work orders as needed.
  • Performs painting as requested around the facility.
  • Back-up the Sanitor when needed.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF program.
  • Responsible for following all Kroger Manufacturing Food safety and quality principles.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Actively participate in the BAPP program and follow Brothers’ Keeper philosophy.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
