Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets, is seeking a Bulk Bay Spotter/Loader.This role supports bulk production and logistics areas. Follow regulations (DOT, Hazmat, FDA, etc.) pertaining to storage and shipment of chemical products. Manage and maintain inventory of totes, lines and tanks according to procedures.What You Will Do:* Utilize CDL – Class-A license to cross train and back fill functions including bulk trailer spotting and receiving* Plan, schedule, and prioritize work in a timely manner to support manufacturing, IPW, QC and customer service* Connect hoses to proper pipelines in order to transfer material to correct tank* Assemble load packages for driver, record seals as they are placed on tanker* Match numbers on shipping logs, labels, raw materials, and finished goods* Follow regulations (DOT, Hazmat, FDA, etc.) pertaining to storage and shipment of chemical products. Ensure tankers are properly placarded* Manage wastewater treatment, tote offs & labeling* Accurately complete paperwork and documentation* Manage tote farm, wash totes, maintain inventory of clean and usable totes for operation. Inventory, weigh, label product according to SOP. Partner with IPW for removal of totes no longer meeting safety and serviceable standards* Wash lines and tanks according to procedures. Perform wash water and salvage/recoup activities per SOP’s as directed* Maintain 5S standards* Safely spot tankers in bay area for product transferPosition Details:* Plant location: McDonough, GA* Work Week: 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 2p-10p)* Compensation: $20.78/hourMinimum Qualifications:* High School Diploma or GED* CDL – Class-A license (If internal associate, ability to complete training and certification to obtain license within 90 days of job offer)* Two years’ experience manufacturing environment* Ability to interface professionally with all other departments* Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies and management concepts as adopted by managementPhysical Demands:* Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds* Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam* Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below waistPreferred Qualifications:* MUST meet the physical requirements for DOL license certification* Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift certificationOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
