Senior Demand Marketing, ABM


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 29, 2021.

We need your help in telling our story to the world’s largest companies.

The Account Based / Target Account marketing strategist will direct a cross-functional group of stakeholders, colleagues and agency resources to develop the named account growth marketing strategy and programs for our Enterprise and Mid-market business segments.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and experienced marketer with a passion for working with sales to create outbound named account pipeline programs.

You must have a solid understanding of account data, buying units, account planning and sales and marketing ABM principles.

You must thrive in a highly-collaborative, fast paced environment.


  • Aligning marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
  • Provide ongoing insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to sales
  • Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration and appropriate outreach to accounts based on buying stages.
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that can contribute to ABM strategies 
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
  • Analysis and insights on campaign performance, based on KPIs and data provided by Marketing Operations.


  • 5+ years working in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing an account and contact data models. 
  • Solid understanding of demand unit KPIs and measuring account progression.
  • Proficiency in developing tactical plans based on account based intent monitoring.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
