However, the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado, California, Florida, Connecticut, or Washington and the candidate must be eligible to work inside the United States.
The Marketing Specialist supports the Customer Retention team running end-to-end builds, segmentation, deployment and analysis of email and web/app messaging channels. This role develops compelling stories and experiences that engage users across all screens and touchpoints to turn leads into customers and customers into advocates.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be accountable for ideation and execution aimed at scaling user engagement and retention lifecycle programs. This includes mastering our ESP/CDP platforms to run support on day-to-day email campaign operations and evolving our customer journey by continuously optimizing content, timing, and cadence to improve user experience. As the needs of our consumers, business, team and channels evolve, you’ll independently solve practical problems aimed at growth outcomes.

Job Requirements:

About You

    • A love for problem-solving and digging into data
    • A clear, compelling and fun writing style
    • An eagle eye for accuracy in all that you doA passion for creativity and brainstorming 
    • You juggle and prioritize multiple competing tasks
    • Ability to analyze key numbers, come up with ideas to improve, and take action

Key Skills

    •  2+ years experience in email marketing, segmentation and automation
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to derive insights, run experiments, and iterate
    • Copywriting experience
    • Basic knowledge and ability to edit HTML/CSS
    • Experience with Braze (ESP) and Segment (CDP) or similar platforms
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
