Title Application Engineer, Workday Integrations Overview of Position Change Healthcare is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to support Workday SaaS solution for our Corporate Human Resources, Total Rewards and Payroll organizations. Primary responsibilities include building integrations utilizing Workday Integration technologies and providing technical expertise on troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, security, vendor management and coordination with other teams.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Provide estimates on effort, gather requirements, build solution using the Workday Integration Tool Kit
– Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, or Workday Studio.

Debug and triage integration issues and defects.

Replicate and verify customer problems to identify potential solutions.

Implement and test fixes where necessary.

Manage interface schedules to SLAs.

Define interface calendar and inventory, monitor integrations to completion, establish and support file transmission automation and supporting documentation.

Maintain integration related requirement and technical documentation.

Manage incidents, service requests and project items using RemedyForce dashboards.

Evaluate 2x/year Workday releases, perform impact analysis, identify/deploy new features, perform regression testing.

Build new integrations for projects utilizing optimal combination of Workday Integration toolset.

Follow integration standards – error handling, naming conventions, efficient coding.

Review technical deliverables for peers, support knowledge transfer and provide post go-live heightened support.

Provide “outside the box” thinking and creative solutions for uncommon issues and new or soon-to-be-released Workday enhancements.

Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation.

Has ability to work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to research, identify and validate issue resolutions.

Deliver project on time with quality and suggests opportunities for quality and process improvements.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Bachelor’s degree or above.

6 years of hands-on technical developer experience.

6 years’ experience with ERP applications like Workday.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Performs Software Engineer duties on the Workday product suite, specializing and leading integration work for a particular functional area such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management.

Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.

Experience with web service integrations (WWS, SOAP, REST, WSDL, and XML).

Familiar with Workday Analytics – PRISM.

Able to build and publish data sources.

Working knowledge of XSLT.

Working knowledge of XSLT editors, such as Oxygen.

Experience with SDLC, iterative or agile software development methodologies.
