Frontline Source Group is hiring for a Recruiting Sales Coordinator to join our team in our Downtown Dallas office.

Position Overview: The Recruiting Sales Coordinator role is an entry-level “welcome to executive staffing” position that focuses on research, lead development, candidate sourcing, and recruiting support.

What makes this role exciting is that it is rooted in skill development to help you work towards to next level of sales and/or recruiting efforts where there is a distinct growth path for this job.

With a true mentorship at the heart of this role, you will have the ability to learn work towards running your own executive staffing desk.

This is the first step in our training process that will lead towards a position that pays on a Base Plus Commission structure, where laying strong groundwork will be critical in your future success.

Factors of learning include: Candidate sourcing technique and process Sales lead development Client call follow-up activity Candidate marketing Tool and tech training.

The day to day of this job will evolve.

After initial onboarding you will: Perform ongoing research tied to company leads and candidate sourcing.

Engage in targeted cold calling campaigns.

You will make 75+ phone calls per day.

Support recruiting and sales by developing strategic marketing plans.

Serve as an integral member of our TEAM.

Requirements: College degree preferred Strong communication and organizational skills are a must!

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous work experience working with people
– retail, restaurant, hospitality, education, etc.

Career Progression: This role leads to a variety of paths that can be taken internally with Frontline Source Group.

You will gain training that will lead to a Sales Account Manager role or a Full-Desk Recruiter.
