Payroll Strategies, LLC was founded in 2003 and is a division of the 2008 and 2009 Altanta Business Chronicle’s winner of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work.We are currently seeking great people to interview for the position of Payroll Implementation Specialist This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to grow within a supportive work environment.Specific Responsibilities: Plans, directs and coordinates the activities associated with the payroll transition and delivery of payroll related services to new clients.

Identifies, develops, recommends and implements process improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness for accurate and timely delivery of payroll and related services to clients.

Works with management and other team members (HR, Time and Labor, Sales) to ensure service and communications are coordinated and client focused.Monitors client satisfaction to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Participates in client meetings via phone and in person when necessaryGathers and analyzes client needs pertaining to payroll processing, reporting, and day-to-day operations to facilitate the conversion of new clients with the rest of the implementation team.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

Four-year undergraduate degree preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONSNo licenses or certifications are required.CPP or FPC Certification is a plus.KNOWLEDGE / SKILLSCustomer service experience in a team environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Problem solving/decision making/conflict resolution skills.Experience in handling multiple projects.HR knowledge – general awareness of various HR disciplines and understanding as it relates to payroll, benefits, taxation, accounting, employment documentation, employment and general HRProficient use of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other application programs as needed.Offering:Competitive Compensation PackageGenerous paid time off policy401(k) planAnd much more!Job Type: Full-time
