Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.
Primary responsibilities include: Conducting periodic Client health assessments, both virtually and in-person Provide employee training and comprehensive skill assessments, both virtually and in -person Working closely with key players and owners Primary requirements: Must maintain a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living or long term care environment Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to heath and wellness resident care; federal and state and local regulations Demonstrated knowledge of good assessment skills Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to teach and guide team members to provide quality clinical care Competent in organizational, time management skills Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance Current Tuberculosis Test and CPR Certification required Hours and Compensation Flexible hours, shifts, short-term, long-term Pay rate
