Education: College Degree (Required)Experience: 2 plus years of Inside Sales Experience in Medical Services Industry (Required)1-2 plus years Customer Service Experience (Required)Description: We are a startup Artificial Intelligence healthcare company with protocol to treat Alzheimer’s.

We have a proven approach which has shown that our standard of care has slowed further decline or had improvement in our patient’s cognitive impairment.We currently have a need for an experienced Inside Sales Representative.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced person to follow up on warm leads.

You will play a key role in this startup company with the ground floor opportunity to help us grow our business.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to share information about our company, explain how our services can be of benefit to them.

Your ultimate goal will be to cultivate relationships with these new customers to set up and have them complete their 1st appointments by providing excellent customer service.A successful Inside Sales Representative should be knowledgeable about our product and services.

They should be friendly, persuasive and customer focused.

They should build priority lists to advance our relationships with our customers, tracking your activities effectively and take all the other necessary steps to have our customers complete their 1st appointment.

In addition, the person needs to proactively offer ideas and suggestions to improve warm leads conversions and to stay informed on all product and services offered.Experience: 1-2 years’ experience with Business to Consumer inside phone sales in the medical services space (Warm Leads / Inbound Only no Outbound or Cold Calls)Exceptional customer service skills via email, phone and text to build rapport, listen, and achieve customer satisfaction by answering potential customers questions and provide information about our servicesExcellent written and verbal communication and professionalism; especially to communicate our offered medical servicesStrong multitasking and prioritization abilities to organize and execute sales initiativesStrong organizational and time management skills: the ability to work remotely with little supervisionAble to work in a fast paced, unstructured, startup company environmentDedication to company growth by achieving sales and performance targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce is preferredJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $40,000.00 $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payCOVID-19 considerations:This is currently a remote position but will require to be on site a few days a week post COVID-19 precautions.Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Inside sales experience in the medical services industry: 2 years (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
