Position Overview

We’re looking for experienced and dedicated sales professionals to join the Noble team!

As a Sales Field Public Adjuster, you will network and conduct property inspections to look for damages, along with contacting provided leads.

You will educate potential clients and protect insured homeowners and business owners in the event of damage to their assets.

We are looking for true salespeople with great attitudes that love to help others.

The main function of this sales position is to generate clientele.

You will not have direct dealings with insurance companies.

Reporting directly to your regional manager, you will foster close working relationships with internal and external clientele.

This position starts at $41,600 a year with the potential to earn so much more.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Using your experience and knowledge of both public adjusting and sales, you will network in your region using self-sought and company generated leads.
Evaluates existing insurance policies and property damage in order to determine which coverage(s) will be applicable to the property’s loss.

Demonstrates an excellent ability to meet the demands of consultative selling with effectiveness and determination; acts promptly to take advantage of multiple opportunities; remains realistically positive in sales situations; persists to achieve sales goals despite barriers or difficulties by changing strategies, doubling efforts or employing other sales techniques.
Effectively manages his/her territory in-person and via phone by allocating appropriate time to prioritize goals, requirements and opportunities.
Uses appropriate interpersonal styles, clear communication and empathy to consistently and professionally build trust and confidence with clients and our industry partners.
Communicates and interacts effectively with internal team partners to achieve goals.
Relishes on-going, self-initiated learning; assimilates new information quickly; welcomes feedback and applies knowledge to practical use on the job.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking and cold calling.
Meet and maintain sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis with clients via phone and/or one-on-one meetings.
Confers with and assists in client-related issues as needed to maintain good client relations.
Obtains and provides territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
Complete weekly sales performance reports and submit weekly time sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
Attends sales meetings and training as required.
Appropriately document all information into our internal Salesforce system.
Maintain a public adjusting license abiding by the Georgia state licensing guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00
– $46,800.00 per year
