Job Description EARN THAT EXTRA HOLIDAY MONEY We are looking to fill MULTIPLE REMOTE positions for our seasonal Holiday Clients.

This is a great opportunity to earn that extra HOLIDAY CASH $$$$ Extraordinary agents may have the opportunity to stay on permanently SALARY $15.00 Requirements:
· AT LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting, along with the ability to switch between campaigns and programs quickly and efficiently is REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES NO EXCEPTIONS
· Clear, professional, and friendly voice
· High-Level People of Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
· Outstanding attendance and punctuality
· High School diploma or GED
· Intermediate Computer Skills are a must
· Ability to pass a 7 or 10-year background check/drug screen when required by the client General Duties Include:
· Typing
· Data capture and entry
· Quickly switching between campaigns and dialers
· Maintaining a working knowledge of campaign guidelines, requirements, and products or services for each client.

· Answering inbound, or making outbound calls for the duration of your scheduled shift (wherever you are needed.

This is not an option you get to choose.) Required Skills and Experience:
· One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience
· Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
· Sitting for long periods of time
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Working at a desk for long periods of time
· Working and viewing a computer screen for the duration of your scheduled shift
· Customer service experience is essential For remote work you must have high speed internet, a pc/laptop with Windows 10, (Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed), and USB connected headphones with microphone and mute button.

You must also have a quiet place to work, free from distractions, including pets & children.
