Client Service Associate – oXYGen Financial

oXYGen Financial, Inc.

was built to give Generation X & Y clients a place where they can find professionals who are just like them, who understand they are looking for an advisor who provides a high tech and high touch approach with a discipline to help them manage their day to day financial lives.
oXYGen Financial is currently in need of a Client Service Associate.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of financial industry experience.
You will play a crucial role in our back office, performing various clerical and administrative duties and tasks.

With responsibility of the day-to-day back-office details and special projects, you will rely on your strong organizational and service skills to help insure clients have a wonderful experience.
Requirements
Assist with client communication and follow up tasks
Process new account paperwork, account transfers, new contributions, redemption and beneficiary changes among other things
Handle miscellaneous operational activities and projects (e.g., scanning documents)
Responsible for scheduling/calendar for the Private CFO®’s of oXYGen Financial
Schedule Travel for the Private CFO® of oXYGen Financial
Assist in the scheduling of client appointments
Assist in the preparation of reports, review materials, paperwork
Accurately execute securities transactions as directed
Assist with financial planning data entry
Plan and organize prospect and client appreciation events
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum 1 year experience in the finance/securities industry
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Streetscape preferred
Working knowledge of E-Money, and RedTail CRM preferred
Strong problem solving skills
Detail oriented
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude
Desire to provide world-class client service
Excellent organizational and time management skills
An ability to balance multiple tasks
NASD Series 6,7,63 &65 and/or 66 License Helpful but NOT required
